FEATURE

Exercise is so important for creators because so much of our work tends to involve sitting still, especially if you're a writer or painter. 

Not only does it help our bodies, but exercise helps our brains! One of our favorite things to do is walk the dogs, and then go on a bike ride. We have wonderful hills in our neighborhood which makes for a great cardio session.  

Exercise stimulates the brain and creativity as well. In fact, LeAura often switches from rocking to her exercise music to recording ideas that pop up while biking.

However, not everyone has immediate access to great hills for an outdoor workout.  

For more ideas of what you can do, we're sharing this article on the benefits of outdoor exercising and some ideas you can implement! It's not so important what you do but that you do something.
