Subject: Finding Freedom

I’ve mentioned this, but don’t recall sharing it outright.

Have l told you that in recent years I awaken each morning with fear, anxiety, doubt and depression?

Yeah.

And each morning I also immediately employ the tools I share with you to climb out of that and back into alignment with positivity and optimism… love and joy… heart and soul.

It’s gotten easier, quicker and more effective and longer lasting, such that I am confident that as I continue in these efforts it will dissolve completely.

So know that whatever you’re struggling with, you are not resigned to a plagued life. There is always something we can do to improve our state of being, and the more of that we do, the more we improve.

When we exercise our body, it grows stronger and healthier. When we do our emotional calisthenics, we grow emotionally stronger and more capable. When we work through our mindset mantras, we grow more positive and peaceful.

It’s simply the immutable law of cause and effect put to work FOR US, not against us.

This doesn’t in any way discount chronic and clinical depression, but it does recognize that no matter the severity, there’s always something we can do to help improve. Not as an obligation but as a blessing.

“Finding freedom from the prison that holds us captive to fear and unworthiness is like being born into a whole new world.”
~Ted Dekker, NY Times bestselling author of over 40 novels, b.10/24/1062
