Every Aspect

We have troubles in the world. There’s no doubt. Individually and collectively. But we do not have to embody them. Rather, we can elevate them and in so doing, also elevate ourselves.

How? Beginning with our thoughts… by turning every negative thought to its higher version… through the filter of the heart, that magical transformer that we each have within us.
