Do you struggle with setting goals? Or reaching them? Or get endlessly frustrated with trying to figure out what a "good goal" is? Don't worry! Goal setting is a muscle and requires a lot of trial and error.
In today's coffee break we focus on two types of goals: - Macro goals: monthly and quarterly
- Micro goals: daily and weekly
An example of a macro goal is: Publishing your first fiction novel.
A micro goal could look like: In 3 months I will write 50k words.
