Subject: Creating Health

Greetings!

Recently, a community member spoke about struggling with issues around health and needing to lose weight.

As a staunch disciple of healthy eating and letting "thy foods be thy medicine", my own healthy, medicine-free, 64 year old body is testament to the benefits of this.

3 V's - A Powerful Trinity for a Healthy Life

  1. VITAL healthy natural foods and herbs prepared simply, and mostly from the garden or produce section.

  2. VIGOROUS daily movement, AKA exercise-as-a-way-of-life

  3. VIBRANT mind through meditation, healthy thoughts and elevating attitudes

These simple things above help.

My weight today is about the same as it was 40 years ago. In addition to the foundational triad above, there are a few other simple things I do that have contributed to maintaining a comfortable weight.

If enough folks express an interest, I can share more on that in another email.

Meanwhile, you may also enjoy this free documentary series called “Healing Kitchen: Let Food Be Thy Medicine”, (that's where the Anti-Aging PDF comes from).

It’s all about time-tested medicinal foods and remedies that have been used for thousands of years to cure just about everything. This works for autoimmune disease, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, digestive problems, brain issues, anxiety, cardiovascular health and a whole bunch of other stuff. It has even reversed multiple sclerosis, just by using the right foods and herbs.

There’s also a whole episode about boosting the immune system to fend off colds and viruses 😉

I trust this source and information and am sharing it in case it's of interest and service to you.

The series starts on September 12th and is totally free.

Here’s the link again to watch the trailer:
