Subject: Beyond Fear and Anxiety

Dear Creator,

In the 4/4/20 email titled It’s Okay to Be Afraid, we talked about being in the negative grips of fear, stress, anxiety and depression.

It is VERY HARD, to break out of the anxiety cycle, at first. But it is absolutely, unequivocally proven as possible. And it gets easier with daily practice.

To learn to move beyond fear and anxiety is one of the most important personal growth lessons we can achieve.

Near Collapse
When I was stuck in the anxiety loop, it was so intense and severe that I was very near collapse. I no longer felt like myself.

Survive and Thrive
These are the things that helped me survive. And more than that, to thrive.
