In the 4/4/20 email titled It’s Okay to Be Afraid, we talked about being in the negative grips of fear, stress, anxiety and depression.
It is VERY HARD, to break out of the anxiety cycle, at first. But it is absolutely, unequivocally proven as possible. And it gets easier with daily practice.
To learn to move beyond fear and anxiety is one of the most important personal growth lessons we can achieve.
