Daily doing is a source of strength. Doing the hard thing creates strength.
When we do the hard thing today, tomorrow is easier, because it’s under us as done rather than over us as looming. The thing done today becomes a step up for tomorrow… a boost to ego and morale.
We grow in strength, confidence and ability by simply doing the thing today that should be done, and avoiding that which we shouldn’t.
It is in pushing past resistance that we grow stronger, not shrinking from the challenge. There is where we find the strength. That is how we create it.
