I’ve missed connecting with you daily, but uber busy with caring for my Mom and work, plus Devani is visiting (😇💜🌟)  so this is brief. 

As I was listening to one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s books while walking the dogs, this quote really resonated, and immediately caused me to stand taller and straighter in response. In doing so, I also immediately felt stronger and more energized.

Often, improving our state of being begins with such simple acts that they could be dismissed.
