Wow… WHAT a year this past year (or past 3 years!!!) was/has been for so many of us! A year of many challenges eliciting much growth. 

There will inevitably be more turbulence to come as humanity continues in this monumental global transformation. However, if you’ve had it rough, remember that we are NOT what happens to us.

We are free to choose in each moment who we will be through our presence and our responses, our actions and our choices.

This is the time of change. And it is the time of choice.

We are free to recreate ourselves beyond the labels we have worn, the mistakes we’ve made, the hurts we’ve sustained, and the cultural conditioning we’ve assumed.

For in each moment, we are at choice, to create more good, more light, more love.

To create daily, is to become increasingly aware of how our thoughts create our experiences, and thus how transformation is possible.
