October Message of the Month
The October Message of the Month features Dr. Josef Tson's presentation entitled "No Fear in Love." Dr. Tson is a man who has experienced persecution and suffering for his faith. His inspiring message, like Steve Scheibner's, is from the 2018 Big Sandy conference. An email with the link to the monthly message will be sent to you from our Family Conferences email list. If you are interested in receiving these notices, we need your permission to add your email address to that list. Sign up for the Message of the Month here!
2019 Calendar Available Now!
The 2019 Biblical Character Illustrated Calendar brings to life twelve character qualities that reflect the nature of God. Ideas for further study of the character qualities are included. With the calendar, make sure to sign up for the free accompanying daily email with Scripture and a short statement, both illustrating an outworking of the month’s character quality in Biblical lives! Christians' Responsibility to Civil Government
Americans have the privilege of choosing their own government leaders. Over the years, a trend toward more and more ungodliness in the government and among citizens has been seen. What can believers in America do to influence their leaders and encourage a direction toward Godliness in their country? Can followers of Christ make a difference in the decisions and policies made by our leaders? In 2003, David Barton of WallBuilders shared a message highlighting the responsibilities of Christians in civil government. Although the issues facing America have changed in the last 15 years, the principles in this message are still applicable today. Barton provides clear definitions and purposes for the roles and responsibilities of civil government and gives practical suggestions for how Christians can be involved. Watch the message here.
