We have now had two outstanding Business Leaders Seminars, and from them I have made a very important discovery.
All of the challenges and pressures of a business make sense if the primary purpose of the owner is to make disciples among his employees. This is what Paul did when he was in the business venture of making tents. Two of his fellow workers were Aquila and Priscilla. They later became church leaders (I Cor. 16:19).
With this goal established, the training and resources that are given during the Business Leaders Seminar take on a whole new meaning.
