Self-Love Appreciate Month

As I sit at my desk, my heart leaps filled with the joy and excitement of life. Creating it from my passions. My dream of healing the world through Ancient Wisdom and their techniques bubbles inside of me. Then my thoughts lead me to you. How can I better connect and engage you? Every day, to me, is an opportunity to change our life experiences by clarifying our intentions from the love we have of ourselves to manifest our desires. And, my desire for you, is to have life constantly unfolding and giving you all of that and more!

So, just for this moment, find a relaxing space or place. When you are ready, take a deep inhalation. Exhale all external noise in your thoughts, emotions, and body.

Breath in, Love. Exhale, frustrations. Think of only yourself. Your wellbeing. Your path. Allow tranquility to align with you. Inhale, peace. Exhale. Very good. Now... connect more deeply to your heart with each breath. On the next breath, inhale with this Mantra I am filled with the beauty of the Universe. Exhale and continue breathing. You only need ten minutes to begin centering into yourself and grounding your energy with the Earth, even if you aren't outside. Note - to quiet your mind, gently release thoughts as they arise. Imagine them as red balloons and gently release each thought until you're able to connect with the voice of your heart.
