But, for tonight, do this at the height of the Moon:

Close your eyes and take seven deep inhalations with your Ring Fingers touching your thumbs. Then, place your hands overlapping over your heart for the final three breaths.

Now, slowly begin to visualize your future self. Allow all the details to come into plain sight of your Mind's eye or pretend. Then gently ask yourself, who must I be, and what emotional attachment must I have to get there?

Say nothing else; be still.

Then begin a cleansing breath release. Take 10 nice deep inhalations through your nose, exhaling out of your mouth. Smudge yourself, take a purifying salt bath, and sleep on it.
