To prepare for our time together:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early

• Please wear loose and comfortable clothing (all clothing should be loose-fitting or baggy)

• No jeans or leggings, you'll both need appropriate access to your skin. Touching is required.

• Please bring a throw blanket.
