O It's a little voice inside our head and heart that taught us to protect ourselves from pain, rejection, abandonment, or needs to be seen as a victim. It is a distorted form of guidance, steering you away from being your true self. It is the narrator of the story until you decide it isn't. In relationships, it can show up as shame and fear of intimacy. In our finances, it may reveal itself as comparing your success to another or maybe even being fearful that things will never change. None of them are ever true, no matter your story. Forgive yourself. Today, see where you can begin loving yourself more compassionately.
