So, when or if things reach a standstill or our force of will to power reaches exhaustion, we must turn inward and utilize the sacred tool of meditation, Sound, and Reiki healing. These nourishing vibrational foods repair your cellular structure, delicate internal systems, and so much more. Meeting our soul's requirements during these moments enhances our healing from acute stress, anxiety, depression, muscular pain, and fatigue, all leading to declining health.

Before you know it, you will be spurred on to work toward the next level of your development. Later, once we reviewed our moment of pause for healing and rest, it all made sense as something we needed before we could move forward. Onward with heightened inspiration and clarified passionate intentions.

Once the sun rises, it doesn't go backward but instead follows its path in one direction. Although it appears to stand still for a moment or move more slowly at some point, it is steadily moving forward on its path. You are the same way and can never return once you have moved through something. You may be resting or revisiting issues that seem old, and it's natural to feel stuck. Clearing old frequencies may be the next important step. Or just stand still and take a moment to connect with yourself. Either way, you are always taking the next important step forward.

Your situation may appear at a standstill. There is always a new obstacle, hurdle, or mountain to climb, but all your hard work should be noticed. The time is now to stand in your power.
