Your vision of your life, "the dream," will not include detailed steps because you might already have gained knowledge, skills, and talents. However, you may be hesitant because you are still looking at your desires, dreams, and future life from the lens of past experiences, and, my friend, that is a very dangerous thing to do because you will only get those same results. To pivot into the new, next, and elevated path and life plan, you will need to employ the skillful engagement of new beliefs, feelings, and authentic desires to match your "next right action." The next thing you think, feel, and believe determines your future outcome. That's my friend and sacred soul; you are consciously creating your reality.
Today is the day to make such a pivot in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Write Your Intentions: Before we start with the intention, what thought have you been holding on to that is holding you back from reaching for it? On a piece of paper, write it down. Say it out loud. Maybe you're afraid to get hurt again. Or you promised yourself you'd never let that happen again. Yet, you know you might have a real shot at love, only you're still sabotaging the fruitful outcome. Cross it out, and replace the belief statement with a feeling you can honor. A statement lets you believe in the possibility. One that honors the life you envision. Write down your deepest desires for love, sex, money, and personal growth. Be specific and let your heart guide you.
Visualization: Close your eyes again and visualize yourself living your desired life. Feel the emotions of joy, security, and fulfillment as if they are happening now. Now, say your new statement out loud and to yourself.
Affirmations: Then, create one Statement that matches the feelings you're allowing to overwhelm and penetrate the entirety of your being. Say it: Mine is I trust the life I am creating. Everything in my life is built on a solid foundation that I create. I elevate my life by honoring my deepest desires.
Release: Safely burn the paper as a symbol of releasing your intentions to the universe. Trust that they are being heard and will manifest in divine timing. Then, take the next right action and keep taking action. Why? because the Creator will orchestrate every step, every alignment, every door, and every human on your path. My secret: I know to wake up every day living that life. It's in my DNA. That's why I'm always happy, smiling, silly, and ready to coach you!
