Now Hiring: Full-Time Barista at IANT Café The Islamic Association of North Texas (IANT) is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community. Position: Full-Time BaristaKey Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty lattes. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly, inviting environment. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage daily cash proceeds. Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of barista experience in an established coffee shop. Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
