Assalamu Alaikum, Friend,
In just two days, we begin a month-long journey full of spiritual purification, abundant worship, amazing camaraderie, and delicious food (especially at IANT iftars!). It's a time of being closer to Allah SWT, our Deen, and attempting to establish good habits to carry us through the month, and ever after Ramadan is over, InshAllah.
On behalf of all of us here at IANT, we'd like to wish you a blessed Ramadan, and provide you with much needed information.
Here's what you need to know:
- First Tarwaih prayer: Sunday, June 5th, 2016. i.e. tonight.
- First day of fasting: Monday, June 6th, 2016. i.e. tomorrow.
- Zakat Al-Fitr will be announced soon; please pay as soon as possible so it can be disbursed promptly.
- Our community Iftars (led by our absolutely legendary team - you know who you are), will be every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you wish to sponsor all ($4,500) or part of an Iftar, please visit the IANT front office, or call to make a payment over the phone.
- Our program for the blessed, last 10-nights begins on: June 25th, 2016.
- IANT's Khatm Al-Quran will be on the 27th night of Ramadan: Friday, July 1, 2016.
- Eid-ul-Fitr will be at Fair Park, 9:30AM sharp (yes, sharp) on: July 6th, 2016.
- An online version of the Imsakiyyah can be found by going to iant.com/imsakiyyah.
P.S. Isha' tonight (6/5/2016) is at 10:05PM, not 10:15PM.

| | | | The DFW MSA's Present: Dodge for Dallas!
The MSAs of UNT, UTD and SMU have been working tirelessly for the past seven months to organize the first ever Dodge for Dallas charity dodgeball tournament. I would really appreciate it if you would consider making a donation to the cause! All proceeds will go directly to UMR Dallas to help fund Project Downtown, which works to feed the homeless in Downtown Dallas. No amount is too small and all donations will be greatly appreciated!
