I will also be joined by Bob Gajda (the only man to win the overall titles of Mr. USA, Mr. America, and Mr. Universe, who has recently become a student of our International Academy of Lymphology. Bob is famous for promoting a method of exercise entitled Peripheral Heart Action and for coauthoring a book on proper exercise — Total Body Training.

Both of these men held a variety of other amazing titles (too many to mention here) in body building back in the days when they competed against other famous contestants such as Arnold Schwarzenegger. Both of these men went on to obtain a Masters in Exercise Physiology, and other credentials.

It is truly an honor for me to be invited to discuss the lymphatic system and its role in exercise, fitness, and healing by these legendary men. My father would be proud!
