I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for remaining subscribed to my newsletter list. It is very much appreciated. As for the book I continue to promise each of you.. It is in terms of advancements mainly a more comprehensive view point. Just when I was totally bound and committed to finish the book, we've had some lawsuits to deal with that I won't go on about at this time. That lawsuit is from a family member who is suing to get the Academy of Lymphology from me in the most absurd case imaginable. Yet when they have lawyers and you don't things can stay really bizarre. It is the main reason you haven't heard much from me in quite a while. Enough said about that -- for now....
Also, I find that I continue to feel inadequate to cover dietary subjects. Why, I am not entirely sure, but here is my most untimely dietary advice for the Holidays! (humor intended) Don't eat sugar (don't over glycate yourself), and don't eat wheat (don't shred and burden your gut)! Oh yeah, and don't eat hydrogenated oils (don't clog yourself up)! Have fun and enjoy yourselves! ;) DO eat more vegetables slathered in GRASS FED butter and only REAL salt!

Seriously though, may the spirit of Christmas fill your home this year! And what is it that makes that really happen? Caring for others! That is in fact, what my father did with his entire life. He cared why others suffered and died needlessly from preventable and reversible pains and diseases.
