Something went wrong with both previous attempts to provide a working link. While I am at it though I thought I would include extra information on proper diet.. It turns out that our minds work better on fats than carbs. In fact, something called medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) found abundantly in coconut oil are very good at improving healthy cognitive functions.
