Subject: IAGR: On behalf of MJBF SubCom: MJBF Update and Feedback

Dear Fellow IAGR Members,

Good day to you. It has been over a year since the launch of the Multi-Jurisdictional Business Form (MJBF) after incorporating a good spread of views and feedbacks from member jurisdictions and the industry. I am glad to share that the following jurisdictions have come on board this MJBF bandwagon.

  • Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation, Australia
  • The Danish Gambling Authority, Denmark
  • Gambling Commission, Great Britain
  • Casino Gaming Commission, Jamaica
  • Department of Internal Affairs/Gambling Commission, New Zealand
  • Casino Regulatory Authority, Singapore
  • Limpopo Gambling Board, South Africa
  • Nevada Gaming Control Board, United States of America
  • New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, United States of America

If your jurisdiction has not come on board, procrastinate no further as the MJBF is developed by IAGR for IAGR members and is free for use by member jurisdictions. You may either use it as-is for your business applicants or list it along with your other jurisdictional forms. Once your jurisdiction is on board, we would appreciate if you could drop us a note for us to list your jurisdiction on the IAGR MJBF webpage (here) along with the jurisdictions that are on board the MJBF.

If your jurisdiction has adopted the MJBF, we would like to hear from you if you have any suggestions or ideas to increase awareness, create value in the adoption of MJBF, and promote the sharing of information from the MJBF to the member jurisdictions who had adopted the form. The MJBF Sub-Committee is also evaluating various options to expand MJBF’s capabilities for data sharing to jurisdictions who had adopted the MJBF. In addition, as part of the on-going effort to ensure that the MJBF remains relevant, we appreciate if you could let us know if the MJBF continues to serve your needs and what you would like to see in the MJBF.

Kindly drop me (jerry_see@cra.gov.sg) or Jason Chng (jason_chng@cra.gov.sg) a note with your feedback and suggestions by 20 June 2015. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Jerry See
