IAGR members,
As
mentioned in recent membership emails, the Board of Trustees is seeking to fill
three Board of Trustees positions. With the receipt of four nominations from
the membership, jurisdictional members are now invited to cast their votes.
Each jurisdiction should vote for a total of 3 nominees.

have received the following nominations to the Board of Trustees:

IAGR Bylaws
Under
the IAGR Bylaws, no more than one trustee may be employed by the same gaming
jurisdiction and no region can have more than four members represented on the
Board at one time. See IAGR Bylaws §6.1 (1) & (4). The current regional
breakdown of the Board is as follows:

Voting Period
The
voting period will open May 14 and conclude on June 3.
While this email is being sent to all Jurisdictional representatives and the
Ordinary members of those jurisdictions, only the designated Jurisdictional
member can register his or her vote with the Secretary. A Jurisdiction must be
current on its 2013 dues payment in order for its ballot to be counted. If you
are unsure of your dues status or of whom your designated voting member is,
please contact Mariah Echele at mariah@mecheleconsults.com for this information.
Proxy
A
jurisdictional member who is unable to submit his or her vote may designate a proxy.
According to the IAGR Bylaws, “Each Jurisdictional member may designate another
Ordinary Member to exercise the Jurisdictional Vote; or designate another
Ordinary Member from that Jurisdiction to be the Jurisdictional
Representative.” Please provide any such designations in writing to Secretary
Trude Felde, with copies to Ordinary Members in that jurisdiction, no later
than midnight on June 1st (based on Central European Summer Time). The proxy
vote itself must be submitted no later than midnight on June 3rd (based on
Central European Summer Time).

Please
complete the attached Voting form and email it to Secretary Trude Felde at tfe@lotteritilsynet.no
between the dates of May 14 through June 3. Voting concludes at midnight on
June 3rd (based on Central European Summer Time) and ballots received after
this date will be invalid.
