Happy New Year! As we start another year of forging here at the Academy, I am reminded and comforted by the lyrics to the song Christ Our Hope in Life and Death: What is our hope in life and death? Christ alone, Christ alone What is our only confidence? That our souls to Him belong Who holds our days within His hand? What comes apart from His command? And what will keep us to the end? The love of Christ, in which we stand Now, more than ever, we see the need for young men to find their hope and purpose in Jesus Christ, both in this life and the next. As young men continue their struggle to find real-life connections, daily drive, and life-long purpose, we want to point them towards the solutions. We want to help them find their identity in Christ. We want to help them connect with other like-minded young men and older mentors. We want to help them find the good things God has placed inside them as men, and then learn how to use them in a life marked by sacrifice and service. Ultimately we want God to be glorified in the lives of our students, our staff, the people we serve, and the work that we do. Please continue to pray for us as we enter our 29th year of forging extraordinary men who influence their world for Christ. Pray that throughout their time here, we would show them Christ above all else, for He is our only hope in life and death!
