The other day I was reminiscing with
an ALERT man about an 8 hour PT we had done together. We were laughing at some
of the idiosyncrasies that go into completing an eight hour PT. Looking back, I
can see that if it wasn’t for that shared hardship, we wouldn’t have the
connection we do today. Because of the hardship we endured together, we can
speak into each other’s lives in a more significant way. That is why we build
hardship into ALERT. We pray that the hardship here will give us the
opportunity to speak into the men’s lives and point them to our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ.
