The energy flowing in for July is guiding us to learn how to master our own emotions for balanced emotional wellbeing. I feel like the Hygge Lifestyle has prepared us for this very moment!
That being said, let's use the tools the Hygge Lifestyle has guided us to use to help us through what might be emotionally challenging moments this month.
Are you ready to step into your power and smooth out the emotional swings?
Week #1's challenge was to look within your life and identify two things you love about it, and one thing you'd like to change so that it aligns with a Hyggelig feeling. Did you make that simple change to bring in that Hygglig feeling?
Last week's challenge was to pause, retreat, and rest within your Hyggekrog when you are at the peak of your emotional moment. If that isn't possible then pause, and imagine yourself there so you can bring loving comfort to yourself. THEN I wanted you to forget what you think you know as the reason for feeling the way you are feeling, and go within to explore a deeper perspective.
This week's challenge is using your voice to admit your feelings (yes, I'm telling you to talk to yourself 😘). This can be scary which is why many of us tend to hold those emotions deep within. We hide them and then the bottle explodes or we implode with anxiety, worry, or depression. When we use our voice to admit what we feel, our brain loses its power to keep us stuck in that space. When we use our voice to admit we need to see things from a different perspective, we then allow loving energy to flow in to help us.
