Last week, I made the decision to cut out soda. While my old habit didn't include drinking it all day, every day, I did find myself in a habit of drinking a glass of diet soda most nights. I was intuitively guided to reduce the aspartame intake, and I am listening to my intuition. So last Wednesday evening was my last glass of diet soda. Will it be my last forever? Probably not, but I am more aware of the number of items I am having with aspartame and I am choosing healthier options one decision at a time.

Each day I will start to color in the items for each of the types of goals I successfully attempted. The goal is to have a fully colored item for the week. If I miss a day then it won't be fully colored in but there will always be another week to follow.
The water drops for me represent the healthier drink options. The heart is my own self-care; whether that is exercise, spending time within my hyggekrog, intentional family time, or something else. Finally, the plant is my own growth; whether that be relating to my career, personal, relationships, or something else.
This is about taking one step at a time towards adding more hygge to your life. Hygge is intentionally choosing healthier ways of living and getting to know the beautiful person inside of you. Who's going to take that one step forward today?
