Week #1's challenge was to know that life is sometimes filled with uncertainty and confusion. In these moments we find ourselves in fear, worry, or resistance. Your challenge this week is to notice your emotions and face them but to do this with grace and love as you nurture yourself toward freedom. Most would discount them or push these feelings away or aside without exploring what is coming up for healing. This creates loops, because even if it isn't your baggage to deal with it still needs to be released because if you are feeling it, chances are you accepted it somehow. To face these moments, find your Hyggekrog (a safe and comfortable space to reflect) and with grace and love explore within yourself. Ask yourself for a different perspective that you may be missing; one that will help you move towards freedom.
Week #2's challenge was to understand that it is impossible to live life fully AND be completely fulfilled from a soul level without experiencing feelings. In addition, your challenge is to find ways to ground yourself by using nature, to help you release these emotions in healthy ways. Trying to avoid feelings stuffs them away for a future, and much harder, learning experience. It also moves this energy into our physical body so we are forced to deal with physical health issues on top of the emotional stuff. I don't know about you, I'd rather face an emotion than have my physical body feel the caustic results of my resistance and avoidance. The bottom line: Nature is healing. If the emotions you are feeling are from another, then allow nature to heal by grounding yourself. If it is yours to face, ground and then allow yourself to explore a higher perspective to further nurture yourself out of a karmic loop. If you are looking for ways to ground, check out my blog.
Week #3's challenge is to quiet yourself and nurture yourself toward freedom, by detaching yourself from drama. This may be drama created by another, but often it is drama within our own brains. The brain likes to talk. It will convince you that the same old stuff is happening and you need to react as you normally would to set yourself free. Let's reflect on this. If you've experienced something similar and are in another experience like it again, would this be a loop because something wasn't discovered and healed from? The key to nurturing yourself to freedom is to create space for yourself so you can quiet the brain, and then ask your soul-mind, your guides, or Source to show you a different perspective that will help you detach yourself from this loop.
Karmic loops are energetic ties to past choices, beliefs, and actions. These energetic ties connect us to these past choices, beliefs, and actions but aren't aligned with how our soul desires to be living. When we discover the truth through higher perspectives behind these karmic loops, we can then forgive others and ourselves for not knowing the implications and holding onto them for so long. Forgiveness untethers us from these loops, welcomes healing, and allows us to move forward into freedom once again.
This work isn't always easy but like any new activity, it does become easier to release the resistance and do whatever is necessary to nurture yourself toward freedom. You've got this!
