Your Week #2 Challenge Awaits...

This month's challenge has an "emotional mastery" theme. Let's explore what that could mean for you...

The energy flowing in for July is guiding us to learn how to master our own emotions for balanced emotional wellbeing. I feel like the Hygge Lifestyle has prepared us for this very moment!


That being said, let's use the tools the Hygge Lifestyle has guided us to use to help us through what might be emotionally challenging moments this month.


Are you ready to step into your power and smooth out the emotional swings?


Last week's challenge was to look within your life and identify two things you love about it, and one thing you'd like to change so that it aligns with a Hyggelig feeling. Did you make that simple change to bring in that Hygglig feeling?


This week's challenge is to pause, retreat, and rest within your Hyggekrog when you are at the peak of your emotional moment. If that isn't possible then pause, and imagine yourself there so you can bring loving comfort to yourself. THEN I'd like you to forget what you think you know as the reason for feeling the way you are feeling, and go within to explore a deeper perspective.


The hyggekrog is one of the single best components of the hygge lifestyle. From a psychological perspective, the hyggekrog, allows your brain to calm down and know that it can be heard. Once it calms, you are then able to give yourself permission to set aside the typical reactions and explore a deeper perspective that may be why you are feeling this way.


We are about to enter into the week of a waxing quarter moon which typically guides us to release and heal wounds relating to boundaries, support, resources, will, limits, and space.


By accepting this challenge you are nurturing any space triggers because you are giving yourself the loving space to face the uncomfortable emotions that have come to the surface.
