The hyggekrog is one of the single best components of the hygge lifestyle. From a psychological perspective, the hyggekrog, allows your brain to calm down and know that it can be heard. Once it calms, you are then able to give yourself permission to set aside the typical reactions and explore a deeper perspective that may be why you are feeling this way.
We are about to enter into the week of a waxing quarter moon which typically guides us to release and heal wounds relating to boundaries, support, resources, will, limits, and space.
By accepting this challenge you are nurturing any space triggers because you are giving yourself the loving space to face the uncomfortable emotions that have come to the surface.
