Work Day THIS SATURDAY 10am-3pm.
Calling all willing volunteers! we've got a work day coming up with an assortment of handy work needing done around the building. no need to be very skilled, we have an assortment of skill level jobs: of the most priority is getting some fresh paint in the youth room areas on the second floor. also slated for work is a kitchen scrub down and a clearing and sorting of the basement. Suicide affects 1 in 3 people in some form, but is rarely brought up in spiritual spaces or worship. Have you lost someone to suicide? Or have you entertained suicidal thoughts yourself? Join us for this service of awareness and remembrance as we seek healing and wholeness for those impacted by suicide. There will be a prayer Labyrinth available and the service will be followed by a group therapy session for those who would like to participate. |
