I cannot believe we are into our second week of the running term. I'll be taking all the running groups whilst Richard is taking a well earned rest!

It was lovely to share the sunrise with the group at 6am in Roseville on Saturday, and to just miss the thunderstorm on Wednesday evening. I'm looking forward to sharing a sunrise or a bracing evening run with you all this week 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️💨
