Our running year will be back in full swing from Wednesday 29th Jan, at 6am at Roseville Park Oval.

First Saturday will be 1st Feb, and Monday will start back on 3rd Feb. If you are a regular Saturday morning or Monday nighter, and you can't wait that long, get a head start and come along to the session this Wednesday morning.

If you would like to have a quick chat about your running with either Richard or me, our phone lines are open from tomorrow, so do please either drop us a line or give us a call, and we'd be happy to have a quick chat about where you are heading with your running in 2025.

I'm hoping to get along to a few sessions as a participant this term - last time I was a Wed morning regular I was always the one asking "What did he say?", so I'll try to have my listening ears on!
