We have spare cash we can use to roll down two calls to a lower strike so we can collect some premium:

 

BTO 2 JNJ 20Jan17 120 calls (JNJ170120C120)
STC 2 JNJ 20Jan17 125 calls (JNJ170120C125) for a debit of $2.07  (buying a vertical)

STO 2 JNJ 23Sep16 120 calls (JNJ160923C120) for $.76

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
