We can’t seem to get positive net delta.  This should do it:

BTC 2 JNJ 11Nov16 116 puts (JNJ161111P116)
STO 2 JNJ 18Nov16 118 puts (JNJ161118P118) for a credit of $1.50  (selling a diagonal)

BTC 1 JNJ 18Nov16 117 call (JNJ161118C117) for $1.41

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
