STC 1 JNJ 15Jul16 110 call (JNJ160715C110) for a credit of $1.29  (buying a diagonal)

 

BTC 2 JNJ 13May16 113 calls (JNJ160513C113) for $1.04

 

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
