STC 5 MSFT 09Apr20 145 calls (MSFT200409C145) for a credit of $2.38 (selling a calendar)

BTO 3 MSFT 24Apr20 165 calls (MSFT200424C165)

STO 3 MSFT 03Apr20 165 calls (MSFT200403C165) for a debit of $4.10  (buying a calendar)

Be[Ta1]  prepared to change this (these) price limit(s) by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
