BTC 2 JNJ APR1 16 108 calls (JNJ160401C108)
STO 2 JNJ APR2 16 110 calls (JNJ160408C110) for a debit of $1.04  (selling a diagonal)

STO 1 JNJ Apr-16 111 call (JNJ160415C111) for $.39

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
