BTO 5 SPY Apr-13 157 calls (SPY130420C157)
STO 5 SPY Mar5-13 157 calls (SPY130328C157)  for a debit of $.90  (buying a calendar)

Be prepared to change this price limit by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
