The stock has rebounded enough to collect some premium:

 

STO 1 SVXY Aug1-15 94 call (SVXY150807C94) for a limit of $2.40  

STO 1 SVXY Aug1-15 95 call (SVXY150807C95) for a limit of $1.90

BTO 1 SVXY Aug-15 94 call (SVXY150821C94)
STC 1 SVXY Aug-15 97 call (SVXY150821C97) for a debit of $1.45  (buying a vertical)

If these do not execute in 3 minutes, change the limits by $.02 and try again for 3 minutes, and repeat this process until an execution is successful.
