STO 1 YY 16Feb18 125 call (YY180216C125) for a credit of $3.30 (selling a diagonal) 

BTO 1 YY 23Mar18 124 call (YY180323C124)
STO 1 YY 16Feb18 124 call (YY180216C124) for a debit of $5.90 (buying a calendar)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
