We need to buy back this in-the-money call.  We will wait until next week to sell new calls for the other strikes:

 

BTC 2 JNJ DEC4 15 103 calls (JNJ151224C103)
STO 2 JNJ Dec5-15 104 calls (JNJ151231C104) for a debit of $.04  (selling a diagonal)

Be prepared to change this price limit by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
