This trade will pick up some premium while leaving us sufficiently long:

 

STO 1 SVXY AUG2 15 98 call (SVXY150814C98) for a limit of $1.50

If this does not execute in 3 minutes, lower the credit limit by $.02 and try again for 3 minutes, and repeat this process until an execution is successful.
