STO 1 CVS 10Aug18 64 put (CVS180914P64) for a credit of $.14 (buying a diagonal)

BTO 1 CVS 14Sep18 69 call (CVS180914C69)
STO 1 CVS 10Aug18 66 call (CVS180914C66) for a credit of $.02 (buying a diagonal)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
