STC 1 CVS 14Sep18 68 put (CVS180914P68) for a debit of $.48 (buying a vertical)

BTO 1 CVS 21Sep18 77.5 call (CVS180921C77.5)
STC 1 CVS 14Sep18 75 call (CVS180914C75) for a credit of $.54 (buying a diagonal)

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
