We need to buy back this expiring in-the-money call today:

 

BTC 1 SVXY AUG2 15 93 call (SVXY150814C93)
STC 1 SVXY Aug-15 94 call (SVXY150821C94) for a credit limit of $1.40  (selling a diagonal)

If this does not execute in 3 minutes, lower the credit limit by $.02 and try again for 3 minutes, and repeat this process until an execution is successful.
