Given the aggressive rising of rates over the past few months... and likely a couple more rate rises, I wanted to reach out to you and find out what your current interest rate is, especially if it is above 3.8%pa.
I want to make sure your interest rate is still competitive. If not, I'll try to negotiate a discount or we can look at other possible options.
The lender's rates are all over the shop at the moment and many are offering some great
rates and incentives.
Please reply back to this email and confirm what your current interest rate is.
