To Friends and Supporters of Michael New;

The Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (CAAF) just rejected the Motion for Reconsideration filed by attorneys for Michael New. Once again, they have rejected an extraordinary writ without consideration, and without any word of explanation. We believe we are safe in saying that this exhausts the "military remedy".

Before we start up the narrow, winding trail of litigation through the District Court of Washington, DC, we need some help. We need some research in looking for specific cases and precedents that will help give us a solid foundation for this last round of litigation to protect our US military from UN control. Legal research normally costs a lot of money, and we simply don't have it. We'll be paying off the attorneys for some months as it is. But we cannot possibly stop now.
