Dear Constitutionalists:
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the fourth annual Constitution Day Dinner and Fund Raiser sponsored by the Constitution Party of Wyoming. This historical event will be held in Wheatland, WY this year at the Platte County 4-H Building, 59 Antelope Gap Rd. The date for this event is September 14, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m. Set-up for vendors/displayers will be from 9:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. We have been able to maintain the cost of this event at $25.00 per attendee with children 12 and under free of charge. Counties with banners are encouraged to bring them.
Events include guest speaker Daniel D. New, speaker and author of the book, "Michael New: Mercenary—or American Soldier". He will be speaking on his son's court martial from the U. S. Army for refusing to fight under the UN flag, wear the UN uniform, and be commanded by a UN commander, citing his oath of enlistment to the Constitution and United States Army. Other speakers will give an expose on the national guard and the Constitution.
As this is also our annual fund raiser, there will be opportunities throughout the day and evening to participate in the silent auction with items donated by various businesses, ranches and individual sponsors. Dinner will be starting at 5:30 p.m. and will be roast beef and fried chicken with mashed potatoes catered by Marie Allison of Wheatland, WY. Platte County committee will be drawing the winning ticket for a .50 caliber Kentucky pistol ($3/ticket or 4 tickets for $10). The state committee will be drawing the winning ticket for a .243 Winchester scoped rifle with box of ammunition (these tickets are $20 per ticket with only 100 tickets being sold). The culminating fund raiser event will be auctioning 10 commemorative caps in our annual Hat Auction. The successful bidders will then participate to win either another firearm or monetary purse (yet to be determined). There will also be questions pertaining to the Constitution with the prizes to the various questions being Founding Father presidential dollar coins.
