We are extremely delighted to present the new and improved HistoricHotelsofEurope.com site. This "out of the crowd" website is interactive, inspirational and customer-focused, offering travellers the chance to explore the local stories, heritage and culture of a destination, along with the option to book a historic stay.
Let me introduce you shortly to the new concept and main pages of the website: - INSPIRE ME
For travellers, who have no specific destinations in mind and would like to get inspired. We regrouped in this section our stories (blog articles), itineraries, travel magazines, experiences and events.
You will see how many content for each section is uploaded by today.
For the next 12 months we have planned to upload 365 experiences, 100 blog articles of new and refreshed content, 100 events and 2 travel magazines and of course itineraries. The returning visitor will find new content every week, which we will also publicise on social media and in our weekly newsletter.
- DESTINATION
The traveller has one or more destinations in mind.
We introduce the visitor to the countries hospitality, culture and gastronomy.
For each country we have created 6 subpages where we present or link to our members.
- BOOKING
We provide the visitor the opportunity to book your hotel directly on our website.
We have listed all members which are bookable on the HHE website and through a link, the visitor lands on the hotel booking page of Impala, our booking engine provider.

We invite you to take a look at your hotel page, which contains the essential data of the previous website that might be outdated. What is new is that all hotel pages, as well as the rest of the website, have been written by a professional copywriter to present all hotels in the same way and to improve the user experience on our website.

| | MAKE YOUR HOTEL BOOKABLE ON THE HHE WEBSITE
This new digital platform represents a new era for the Historic Hotels of Europe. We are going to launch officially the new consumer-focused Historic Hotels website to the media when we have more bookable hotels online. Please take action, if your property is not listed on the booking page: - approve the HHE deal that we have sent you through Impala OR
- send us the Impala hotel agreement. Fill in your company details (see 1-4) and return the Impala Hotel contract which you can download here together with more information on the booking process, commission, invoicing:

| | OPTIMISATION OF THE NEW WEBSITE
The website has been optimised for all common devices, from desktop to tablet to mobile.
However, our new website has a complex structure with a lot of content. Optimisation is an ongoing process. Our focus is to fix any minor issues that may arise in the next days and to continue with the optimisation.
